Edward J. Conway, CPA is a seasoned financial executive and founder of Swilcan Consulting Associates, LLC, offering Fractional CFO, Controllership, and financial project support services. With over two decades of experience spanning healthcare, legal, insurance, public accounting and consulting sectors, he has consistently delivered strategic financial leadership, operational efficiency, and transformative results.

Edward is a Certified Public Accountant and a Notary Public in the Commonweath of Pennsylvania.  He holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt with a focus in LEAN Methodology.  Edward holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.
